If you’re willing to go to the trouble of chopping, it opens a lot of doors. I make this soup whenever I’m feeling ambitious.
Ingredients
- Box of vegetable broth
- Potatoes
- Carrots
- Celery
- Can of beans – I usually go for garbanzo beans
Steps
Chop the vegetables.
Combine the broth, vegetables and beans into a slow cooker.
Wait five hours.
Eat.
